4. Blockchain Data

GabbiiDAO records certain governance actions on the Hedera blockchain, including votes, proposal approvals, and governance decisions. Please be aware that:

• Immutability: Data written to the Hedera blockchain is permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. This is fundamental to the transparency and integrity of the governance process.
• Public Visibility: Blockchain transactions are publicly verifiable. While we minimize the personal data written on-chain, your Hedera account ID and governance actions will be visible on the public ledger.
• No Right to Erasure for On-Chain Data: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, we cannot delete governance records once they are recorded on-chain, even if you delete your platform account.
